Arysha Skalicky brings with her a Bachelor of Social Work Degree from the University of Regina and over five years of experience in the field of human services with providing support and resources to individuals and families. She knows that life can often be difficult at times and hard to navigate but believes that everyone has the strength and resilience to achieve a great quality of life. It is important for her to create a safe, warm, and inviting environment to feel comfortable, and she consistently meets her clients where they are, and walks alongside them to where they are wanting to be. Arysha has a strong passion for her diverse range of clients with assisting them to reach their goals in a supportive and empathetic space where they feel safe and heard. Arysha practices from the modalities such as person-centered approach and strength based approach and she always tailors her approaches to fit the needs of her clients.

In her spare time, Arysha enjoys being outside and going for walks, spending time with family and cuddling up with her dog Blue.
